Senior Property Manager / Lettings Manager

Location: Stirling

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £26,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working Pattern: Office-based

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established and highly regarded property business for an experienced Senior Property Manager / Lettings Manager to join their Stirling team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lettings professional who is commercially minded, confident dealing with landlords and has a proven track record of winning new business.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties, while also playing a key role in generating new landlord instructions and supporting the continued growth of the branch.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct lettings valuations and provide professional advice to prospective landlords
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Win and convert new landlord instructions
• Manage the lettings process from initial instruction through to tenancy
• Handle property inspections, maintenance matters and tenancy issues
• Ensure all properties and tenancies comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
• Provide a high level of customer service to landlords and tenants
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the branch

About You

We are looking for an experienced property professional with a strong background in residential lettings and property management.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within residential lettings and/or property management
• Proven experience carrying out lettings valuations
• A strong track record of generating new business and winning landlord instructions
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• A commercially focused and proactive approach
• Confidence when dealing with landlords, tenants and other property professionals
• A full UK driving licence is desirable
