Job summary

Staffline is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the Edinburgh team, offering greater ownership, autonomy and long-term career progression.

You will manage your own portfolio of residential properties, liaising with landlords and tenants, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with Scottish legislation. The role includes tenancy lifecycle management and occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management.
• Knowledge of Scottish private rented sector legislation.
• Understanding of HMO regulations (preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Property qualifications are desirable (ARLA, LETWELL, SafeAgent or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties.

• Manage tenancy lifecycles from application through to check-out.
• Conduct rent reviews and oversee tenancy renewals.
• Support new property onboarding and portfolio growth.
• Handle complaints and dispute resolution professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
• Carry out property inspections and attend viewings when required.
• Participate in an out-of-hours emergency on-call rota and occasional Saturday rota.
