Job summary

GCB Recruitment is recruiting a Lettings Manager in West Lothian to lead the lettings department, drive growth, and support the sales team when needed. You will list properties, conduct valuations, and secure new instructions, delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

The role requires a proven track record in lettings, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Manager, or similar level role
• Proven ability to win instructions and let properties successfully
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence

We're recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join a successful and growing estate agency in West Lothian. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property professional looking to take the next step in their career, driving lettings business growth while supporting the wider sales team when required.

The Role

As a Lettings Manager, you will:

• List residential properties to the rental market
