Job Overview:

A fast-growing UK-based property investment company is expanding its team to meet soaring demand from investors—particularly overseas buyers. We are looking for a seasoned Sales Executive with a proven background in property investment sales to join a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a confident closer with the ability to manage long sales cycles, build meaningful client relationships, and secure deals—often without the need for in-person viewings.

With a strong pipeline already in place and high volumes of inbound investor enquiries, this role offers the right professional an opportunity to make an immediate impact from early January.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and convert a consistent flow of investor leads into successful property sales.
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication throughout a typical 1–3 month sales cycle.
  • Confidently close sales on off‑plan and development properties, often without in-person site visits.
  • Present property investment opportunities effectively to international and remote investors.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and deal closures using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales progressor to ensure smooth post‑sale transitions.
  • Stay informed on UK property investment trends, key markets, and client drivers.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in property investment sales—must have sold property as a core part of previous roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently close deals, not just support or progress them.
  • Experience selling off‑plan or development properties is essential.
  • Skilled in managing longer sales cycles with international or remote investors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—capable of securing deals through video calls, phone, and email.
  • Solid understanding of property investment principles (HMO knowledge helpful but not essential).
  • Must have access to a laptop and reliable high‑speed internet.
  • Available to start in early January and perform with minimal onboarding.
