Job description

An award-winning project and cost management consultancy is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Project Surveyor to lead the delivery of a high-end residential scheme in Central London. This is an immediate requirement to join a forward-thinking team at the early procurement stages of a major market-for-sale development.

The successful Senior Project Surveyor will play a pivotal role in driving this project forward, with key responsibilities across procurement strategy, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with senior consultants and client-side teams, this role offers the chance to influence delivery from inception to completion on a landmark scheme.

This is a prime opportunity for a Senior Project Surveyor with strong consultancy experience who can take initiative, operate independently, and maintain the highest levels of attention to detail across complex tasks.
