Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead wastewater treatment projects from design through construction, commissioning and handover. You will oversee Civil, MEICA, and process scopes, manage programme, commercial and HSQE aspects, and drive a one‑team delivery culture.

The role emphasizes coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring safety on-site, and promoting continuous improvement with Lean practices and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in water and wastewater.
• Experience managing Civil and MEICA projects incl. concrete works, piping & electrical installs.
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver objectives.
• Able to engage with customers, suppliers and sub‑contractors in negotiations and final accounts.
• Proficient with programme management software (Microsoft Project) and able to prepare baseline programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards on-site.
• Collaborate with clients, client reps and third-party agencies.
• Provide training and mentoring within your team and develop development plans.
• Support tendering opportunities and assist in procurement and cashflow management.
