Job summary

Glanua is seeking an MEICA Project Manager to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation scope on water and wastewater infrastructure projects from design through to handover. You will manage programme, commercial and HSQE aspects while driving a one-team culture across disciplines.

Based in the UK, you will mentor staff, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and implement Lean Construction and Last Planner techniques to optimise delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in MEICA/project management in water/wastewater.
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Eng or Level 8 Honours in Environmental Science or Chemistry.
• Extensive knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations.
• MEICA experience: process systems, control panels, electricals, commissioning.
• Experience in client/supplier relations and financial negotiations.
• Proficient with MS Project; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEICA scope on one or more projects and manage day-to-day delivery.
• Ensure on-site HSE standards and sustainability policies are followed.
• Collaborate with clients, client representatives and third-party agencies.
• Coordinate PSDP; act as PSCS and maintain on-site documentation.
• Oversee procurement, subcontracting, and project cashflow.
• Provide training and mentoring; develop team development plans.
• Support tendering opportunities and capture lessons learned.
