The Contracts Manager is a senior leader responsible for successful end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and value‑driven performance, while upholding HSQE standards and Net Zero commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Significant experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in the water/wastewater or bioresources sector is preferred.
• Strong leadership, people management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex projects safely, on time and to budget.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Manage procurement, cashflow, risks and commercial performance.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue value‑add opportunities.
• Ensure HSQE compliance and sustainability targets are met.
