Job summary

Glanua seeks a Project Manager to lead wastewater infrastructure projects from design through construction, commissioning and handover. You will manage civil, MEICA and cross-disciplinary scopes, overseeing programme, commercial and HSQE alongside client and supplier collaboration.

With 5+ years in a similar role and a Level 8 Honours degree in Engineering, you will drive project delivery, safety culture and continuous improvement, with opportunities for career progression and CPD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar project management role in water/wastewater
• Level 8 Honours Degree in Engineering or related field
• Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Lead the one-team delivery of civil, MEICA and process packages on time and on budget
• Manage health, safety, environment and sustainability standards on-site
• Collaborate with clients, designers and sub-contractors to deliver outputs
• Monitor project performance, risks and opportunities; report to framework manager
• Coordinate procurement of supplies and sub-contracts and manage cashflow
• Provide training and mentoring to staff and contribute to development plans
