Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Location: Liverpool city centre on a hybrid basis

What You'll Do

• Lead & Develop : Run 1 : 1s, coach your team, and build a high-performing group of project professionals.
• Drive Governance : Ensure clarity, compliance, and quality across projects of varying size and complexity.
• Collaborate at Scale : Engage with senior stakeholders, technical leads, and heads of department to align priorities.
• Champion Best Practice : Partner with data protection, security, and audit teams to maintain robust controls.
• Own the Roadmap : Shape the project department's strategy and publish regular updates on progress.
• Quality Assurance : Review and refine project documentation before it reaches senior leadership.
• Operational Excellence : Manage time tracking and reporting for the team, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
