Senior Project Manager – London

Location: London
Salary: £60,000 per annum

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing, independent property consultancy working with both major developer/investor clients and high-profile fitout projects. The team is small, collaborative, and made up mostly of ex-large consultancy professionals who value independence and hands-on project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of your own projects across a mix of developer-led schemes and fitout work.

  • Deliver projects to the highest standards, ensuring consistency across the business.

  • Work directly with senior management, who remain hands-on and involved in project delivery.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.

  • Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Chartered or working towards chartership; APC support provided.

  • Background in consultancy, ideally with commercial property experience.

  • Proven ability to take projects from concept to delivery independently.

  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
