Job summary

CW Recruitment is seeking a Project Coordinator – Senior Customer Service to join our Ashton under Lyne team. The role focuses on managing orders, delivering schedules, and maintaining a smooth end-to-end customer journey.

You will liaise between clients and colleagues, handle pricing and delivery queries, and provide timely project updates. A minimum of 2 years in customer service/order processing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service / order processing and sales administration.
• Must have good MS Office/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders and establish delivery schedules.
• Handle order revisions and amendments.
• Coordinate returns, damages and replacements.
• Act as main contact for customers and external sales force.
• Take incoming calls and emails for inquiries including pricing and delivery information.
• Provide project updates to clients and colleagues.
