Ibstock Plc in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to handle enquiries, quotations and orders, while ensuring accurate CRM updates and smooth liaising with Transport and internal teams.

You will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales activity, and maintaining precise records in a fast-paced building products environment at our Parkhouse Sales Office.

Qualificações

• Good interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written.
• Evidence of working as part of an effective team.
• Flexibility and initiative to work under pressure.
• Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (email, Excel, Word).
• Full driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery information and samples by telephone.
• Check addresses, pricing, discount, product and haulage availability.
• Enter quotations, sales orders, sample requests and schedules.
• Investigate credit requests and additional invoices.
• Prepare credit notes.
• Ensure regular and accurate CRM updates.
• Liaise with transport.
• Manage order book and schedule clearance.
• Check acknowledgements.
• Engage in soft sales with external teams and customers to promote stock and increase sales.
