Previous extensive experience within a Senior Customer Service role is ESSENTIAL.

Responsibilities

Maintain customer relationships with suppliers regarding purchasing, forecasting and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner as a Sales Support Coordinator.
Manage customer retention and loyalty through maintaining effective relationships.
Provide elevated level of customer service.
Process sales orders including pricing, shipment dates and product delivery.
Liaise with operations regarding delayed orders and keep in close contact with customers.
