Job summary

CW Recruitment is hiring a Project Coordinator – Senior Customer Service to join our Ashton-under-Lyne team. You will act as the main contact for customers and the external sales force, supporting mid-level projects from order to delivery.

The role requires 2 years of customer service/order processing and sales admin experience, with strong MS Office/Excel skills; core hours 8:30-17:00, hybrid flexi options available. Salary £30,000–£35,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service / order processing and Sales Admin experience.
• Good MS Office / Excel skills.
• Able to take on supervisory tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders and establish delivery schedules.
• Coordinate returns, damages, and replacements.
• Ensure end-to-end customer journey from order to service delivery.
• Take calls and emails for inquiries including pricing and delivery information.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams for timely updates.
