Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex transformation/real estate programmes (£100-£300m+) with tangible benefits for clients.
• Ability to prioritise and optimise complex programmes across lifecycle.
• Strong project delivery background within a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of shaping, embedding, and communicating programme vision and direction.
• Maintain and deliver robust assurance frameworks and controls for the programme.
• Lead commercial management of commissions and develop trusted client partnerships.
• Create structured stakeholder engagement and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop and implement robust financial reporting and governance for the programme.
