Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director in Programme Management to lead major capital programmes across sectors such as government, industrial and data centres. You will drive programme strategy, governance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful delivery and benefits realisation.

You will shape end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and uphold financial governance while advancing client relationships and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex transformation/real estate programmes (£100-£300m+) with tangible benefits.
• Ability to prioritise and optimise large programmes across lifecycle stages.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including project controls, technical and commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of shaping programme vision and direction.
• Develop and maintain governance for a robust control framework.
• Lead commercial management, client satisfaction and business development.
• Engage stakeholders across senior levels with clear communication.
• Oversee financial reporting and programme governance.
• Drive risk management, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
