Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an Associate level Programme Management professional to lead major capital programmes. You will own delivery to the programme vision, drive cohesion across activities, and mentor teams to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in programme management, including large-scale real estate transformation (£100-£300m+).
Ability to prioritise complex programmes and manage lifecycle.
Experience with multi-disciplinary teams in construction environments.
Understanding of procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT).
Knowledge of project controls methodologies and cost/risk management.
Experience engaging with senior client levels and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of delivering to the programme vision and direction.
Maintain and deliver frameworks for robust programme management and controls.
Deliver commercial and contractual management of commissions; drive client satisfaction.
Develop and manage stakeholder engagement strategies across senior levels.
Ensure robust financial reporting and governance for the programme.
Identify and mitigate health and safety risks and drive a culture of safety.
