Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom seeks a Director-level Major Programmes Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of £250m+ capital programmes. You will lead strategic programme leadership across complex sectors, influencing senior sponsors, boards and delivery partners to realise benefits.

Experience delivering large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects, with strong governance, risk, safety and commercial acumen, is essential. A degree and professional accreditation are required.

Ability to prioritise and optimise complex programmes through lifecycle stages.
Strong delivery background with multi-disciplinary team leadership.

Responsibilities

Define and champion programme vision, align with client objectives and investment strategies.
Provide executive leadership across multidisciplinary teams and establish governance.
Engage with senior clients (C-Suite), boards and investors to secure alignment.
Oversee commercial performance, forecasting, reporting and value management.
Lead risk management, health & safety strategies and assurance activities.
Design robust governance and delivery frameworks for oversight and compliance.
Drive business development and client partnerships to support growth.
Foster inclusive, high-performing culture and talent development.
