Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate in Programme Management to deliver major capital programmes with leadership across delivery, governance and client relations. You will drive value, ensure robust controls and enable successful outcomes in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in programme management, including large real estate/ capital programmes.
• Ability to prioritise complex programmes and manage lifecycle.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across projects and programmes.
• Understanding of project controls methodologies including schedule, cost and risk management.
• Strong communication skills for senior client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead programme delivery in line with the programme vision.
• Maintain assurance frameworks and governance across the programme.
• Manage commissions and contribute to business development and client partnerships.
• Engage stakeholders across seniority with structured engagement frameworks.
• Oversee financial governance and reporting for the programme.
• Lead risk management and health & safety initiatives across the programme.
• Mentor and develop internal teams to grow talent and capability.
