Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for an Associate in Programme Management to lead and deliver major capital programmes across sectors. You will work with senior client leaders and multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring governance, performance, and benefits realisation.

The role requires experience in large-scale real estate transformation programmes (£100-£300m+), strong stakeholder engagement, and solid knowledge of procurement routes (NEC, JCT).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in programme management, including large-scale real estate transformation (£100-£300m+) with demonstrated benefits.
• Ability to prioritise complex programmes across lifecycle.
• Project delivery background in construction environments.
• Experience working in large multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT).
• Experience engaging with senior client leaders and presenting data for decision-making.
• Supply chain management experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in programme management.
• Awareness of health and safety requirements (CDM, Building Safety Act).
• Commitment to nurturing talent and building inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering to the programme vision and direction.
• Maintain an assurance framework for robust control of the programme.
• Deliver commercial and contractual management of commissions and client satisfaction.
• Engage stakeholders across seniority with structured engagement.
• Implement robust financial reporting and governance across the programme.
• Identify and mitigate health and safety risks and drive a safety culture.
