About the Job

Join Coinbase’s Financial Hub team to build tax products that support global customers in managing their crypto and fiat taxes. As Senior PM for Tax, you’ll develop compliant and intuitive solutions and work with internal teams to drive efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Tax product strategy aligned with Coinbase's mission.
• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and crypto tax requirements for compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Tax, Compliance) on the product roadmap.
• Ensure a great user experience with UX/UI designers and monitor product performance with data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience; financial product knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer Science or Software Engineering background preferred.
