Job description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape our product function while delivering impactful roadmaps aligned with the University's strategic objectives. You'll own a product portfolio, lead a team of Product Owners, and work closely with the Head of Product to establish consistent product management practices across the department. This role combines hands‑on product ownership with coaching other Product Managers, building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and contributing to our evolving product‑led operating model.

You’ll need significant experience in agile product development, a proven track record of developing strategic product visions, and previous line management experience. We’re seeking someone who can balance multiple product lines whilst championing user experience, facilitate cross‑functional teams, and challenge traditional thinking to deliver value quickly and iteratively.
