An innovative underwear brand based in London is seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of underwear, bras, and swimwear. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in product development, a strong grasp of product lifecycle management, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. Manage the end-to-end product development process across underwear, bras, and swimwear – from concept through to production
Collaborate closely with design, garment technology, and pattern making to ensure fit, construction, and functionality meet snuggs standards
Create and manage tech packs, measurement specs, and development documentation in PLM systems
Oversee sample development and conduct fit sessions, gathering feedback and ensuring timely adjustments
Manage product costing and ensure products are delivered within budget, quality, and timeline targets
Partner with suppliers and factories to support innovation, quality, and efficiency improvements
Ensure product quality, testing, and performance evaluation to meet customer expectations
4+ years of experience in product development within underwear and/or swimwear is a must
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to final sample
Solid technical knowledge of garment construction, fit, and materials, with experience in tech packs and costing
Skilled in coordinating fit sessions and translating design intent into production-ready products
Confident working cross-functionally with design, garment technology, and sourcing teams
Hands-on experience with Lectra
Fluent in English (German or Czech a plus)
