Job Overview

We’re working with a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company transforming how organisations understand and optimise their cloud environments.

Their FinOps‑certified platform delivers actionable insights, automation, and AI‑powered recommendations that help customers visualise, manage, and reduce cloud costs across Azure, Microsoft 365, and multi‑cloud estates — typically saving anything between 18–37% in spend.

We’re looking to help recruit a Senior Product Designer to craft seamless, intelligent user experiences that turn complex data into clarity and impact. You’ll shape the end‑to‑end design lifecycle — leading discovery sessions, defining user journeys, prototyping new features, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Go‑To‑Market teams.

Responsibilities
  • Directly support commercial strategies by refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring that every design decision aligns with user needs and market opportunity.
  • Design across a range of product areas including dashboards, analytics, FinOps automation, and onboarding flows — ensuring each interaction feels intuitive and purposeful.
  • Bring consistency and refinement to our user interfaces, while helping define the next generation of product‑led growth (PLG) experiences that let users find value fast.
  • Help embed design culture within a growing organisation — introducing frameworks, evolving our design system, and driving collaboration practices that scale across GTM, Product, and Engineering.
Qualifications & Expectations
  • Experienced B2B SaaS designer who thrives in a collaborative, high‑growth environment and loves bridging user empathy with business outcomes.
  • Strong research skills and a track record of delivering to longer‑term builds (ie several short stints).
  • If you don’t have B2B SaaS or Platform experience, and you lack the necessary research skills or a record of longer‑term delivery, it is very unlikely we will advance your application.
  • No sponsorship will be offered.

3 Stage Interview Process (inc Design Task) – Aim is to close out the role by early January.
