Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement across an allocated portfolio within our Scottish Power OHL and RIIO-T3 frameworks. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you’ll translate portfolio strategy into procurement plans and lead a team of Senior Buyers, Buyers and Graduates to deliver on time and to budget.

You will influence stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Design and Planning, manage complex procurements, and drive performance improvements

Formación

• Proven procurement leadership experience in construction, utilities or complex projects.
• Experience leading procurement professionals at various career stages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a defined portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, tendering and supplier performance.
• Commercial awareness and risk management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate portfolio and framework strategy into procurement plans.
• Lead Senior Buyers, Buyers and Graduates to deliver on time and to budget.
