Job summary

Resolute Group is seeking a Senior Bid Manager in Glasgow to lead bids within the Power division. The role focuses on developing programmes and costings for opportunities already allocated under the framework, with a hybrid working pattern between Glasgow office and home.

The ideal candidate will have civil engineering qualifications and a proven ability to lead £20m+ projects, plus a full driving licence and willingness to relocate to/ reside in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification – HNC / HND or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven in leading a £20m+ project or framework projects within the Civil Engineering sector.
• Full driving licence.
• Living in Scotland on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: develop bid strategy and plan.
• Coordination & Leadership: lead bid teams and coordinate inputs.
• Content & Quality Control: ensure bid content is accurate and polished.
• Process & Risk Management: manage bid processes and risks.
• Post-Submission & Handover: support handover and client sign-off.
