• Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior managers.
• Experience leading teams and driving change in a commercial environment.

• Experience navigating complex pricing scenarios and shaping clear commercial viewpoints.
• An analytical background, whether through a relevant degree or experience.
• Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Strong financial understanding, especially around cost contribution and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Deal Desk Team, setting clear goals and coaching for growth.
• Take lead on major customer deals worth £10m+ in annual revenue.
• Build strong relationships across Sales and Business Units using deep customer insight.
• Oversee the customer-specific pricing process to reflect the true value delivered.
• Influence stakeholders across Legal, Regulatory, Operations, and Finance.
• Drive insight through segmentation, market analysis, and competitor intelligence.
