What you will do

  • Your main focus will be implementing a state‑of‑the‑art retail pricing system to enhance our market position, profitability, customer retention, and product offering.
  • You will improve existing pricing processes and help establish new ones, leveraging modern infrastructure such as data lakes and flexible rating engines.
  • You will primarily support physical distribution channels, including agents, brokers, and partnerships.
  • Your work will follow a predefined Pricing Excellence Framework, allowing you significant scope, initially focused on private customer segments (Motor & Non‑Motor), as well as SME segments.
  • You will be supported by a transformation team of pricing actuaries and data scientists, and as a senior team member, you’ll also coach and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Implementation will be in partnership with local Business Unit pricing teams and regional pricing hubs, with an emphasis on empowering these teams to apply new methods.
  • Close collaboration with Underwriting, Product Development, and Business Development will be an integral part of your work.
  • You will lead research and development initiatives related to retail pricing excellence, creating “off‑the‑shelf” solutions that Business Units can tailor to their local markets.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail pricing within non‑life insurance.
  • Solid understanding of state‑of‑the‑art retail pricing methods.
  • Proficiency in WTW pricing software (Emblem, Radar) and hands‑on expertise in Radar Live implementation.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, managing a variety of stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Willingness to travel is required to support international business units, including on‑site collaboration.
