Job summary

Everbridge in London is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to be the primary presales technical resource for Account Executives and to evangelize the Everbridge Critical Event Management platform to business and technical users including C level executives.

This role will be based in our London office and responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and designing customer solutions that address and overcome business problems whilst

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in enterprise software sales and presales capacity.
• Ability to translate customer needs into solution demonstrations via discovery.
• Comfort presenting to Cxx level executives and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of hosted apps, security, networking and APIs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical presales contact for Account Executives.
• Assist during discovery and tailor solution demonstrations.
• Present the platform to technical, business and Cxx level audiences.
• Lead workshops and pilots addressing defined business challenges.
• Create high-level specs for customizations and integrations.
• Demonstrate REST API capabilities and product delivery options.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs/Security Questionnaires.
• Present at events, trade shows, and webinars.
