Job summary

Everbridge is hiring an Associate Solutions Consultant (remote, UK) responsible for guiding large-scale clients through deployment, adoption, and optimization of the platform. You will coordinate across Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver reliable, well-adopted solutions aligned to business needs.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a customer-facing support or consulting role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of hosted applications, high-availability architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking.
• Experience coordinating internal teams to resolve complex client issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement throughout deployment, adoption, and ongoing operations, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Establish and maintain a governance model with each client.
• Host regular stakeholder meetings and provide monthly account updates to internal teams.
• Define customer success criteria and develop action plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Create and deliver ongoing product education and training sessions for customer teams.
• Troubleshoot client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document, prioritize, and escalate critical issues promptly.
• Advocate for customers within Everbridge and relay feedback to product and engineering.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption and strengthen relationships.
