Qualifications

• Extensive experience of working with individuals in mental health, learning disability or criminal justice services.
• Experience of Multi-Disciplinary working.
• Demonstrate experience of problem-solving approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals leaving the prison setting to enhance their health and quality of life.
• Provide supervision, support, and advice to junior staff.
• Manage and evaluate a caseload in line with operational procedures.

RMN, RNLD, OT, SW with current professional registration
