Job summary

Turner & Townsend is expanding its Controls & Performance UK team, recruiting Senior Consultants to support complex strategy, setup and transformations for major programmes in the UK and internationally.

Joining us means working with a friendly, diverse team focused on outcomes, continuous improvement and value delivery. You will contribute to PMO setup, performance reporting and client workshops across high-profile infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience on major capital projects/programmes in the PMO/controls & performance environment.
• Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance or a specific function.
• Experience with writing/presenting reports and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and engage with C‑suite level client teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the assessment of client environments and their challenges, delivering a fit-for-purpose solution.
• Support development, implementation and optimisation of PMO and controls & performance strategies.
• Write up reports to support findings and recommendations across project engagements.
• Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face environments with senior client representatives.
