Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant for the Controls & Performance Advisory team in the UK. You will work across high-profile infrastructure projects, delivering programme and performance improvements for public and private sector clients.

The role focuses on strategy, setup and optimisation of PMO and controls functions, with opportunities to influence senior stakeholders and lead workshops in varied environments.

Qualifications

• Experience on major capital projects/programmes including PMO/controls & performance environments.
• Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses.
• Experience writing/reviewing reports and engaging with C-suite level client teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments and identify challenges; apply structured methods to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Support development, implementation and optimisation of PMO and controls & performance strategies.
• Write and present reports with findings and recommendations across client engagements.
• Deliver workshops with senior client representatives in mixed virtual and in‑person settings.
• Collaborate in diverse teams on client sites and remotely, contributing to continuous improvement.
