Turner & Townsend is seeking an ambitious Programme Advisory professional to support major capital projects and programmes. You will lead client engagements, apply controls and performance best practices, and work with cross-functional teams across client sites and virtual environments.

The role emphasises strategic advisory, workshop delivery, and ongoing development within a dynamic project controls and PMO environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Defence Sector.
• Experience of working on major capital projects/programmes within a PMO/controls&performance environment.
• Master’s degree or equivalent desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead assessment of client environment and develop a fit-for-purpose solution.
• Lead analysis and documentation of findings and recommendations across engagement stages.
• Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client representatives.
• Work with diverse multidisciplinary teams on client sites and virtually.
• Deploy methodologies and tools, tailoring to circumstances.
• Contribute to personal development and internal initiatives to support growth.
• Drive business development activities such as bids and proposals in collaboration with senior management.
• Engage in marketing and social media campaigns where appropriate.
• Provide line management and development of direct reports as needed.
