Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is recruiting enthusiastic, talented individuals for the Controls & Performance Programme Advisory team. You will provide strategic advice on project controls, performance, and PMO setup to support complex programmes and deliver tangible client outcomes.

The role involves leading client workshops, reporting findings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while using digital tools to improve decision making and value for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls across major capital projects or programmes.
• Ability to lead and deliver structured client engagement outputs.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the assessment of client environments and design fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Document findings and recommendations across client engagement stages.
• Deliver workshops in virtual and on-site settings with client representatives.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across Turner & Townsend on client sites and remotely.
• Deploy methodologies and tools, tailoring to client circumstances.
• Contribute to personal development and internal initiatives for growth.
• Drive business development activities such as bids and proposals.
• Engage in marketing and employee advocacy as appropriate.
• Provide line management and development of direct reports as appropriate.
