Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has major capital project experience in PMO/controls & performance within infrastructure.
• Familiarity with capability and maturity assessments across capital delivery and PMO functions.
• Experience writing and presenting reports to C-suite level clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments and help discover, deliver, and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Develop and optimise PMO and controls & performance strategies and setups.
• Write reports and present findings across client engagements.
• Lead workshops with senior client representatives in mixed environments.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on client sites and virtually.
• Apply methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and adoption.
• Support business generation activities and bids alongside senior management.
