Turner & Townsend is seeking proactive professionals to join the Programme Advisory team, delivering strategic project controls and PMO support for major infrastructure programmes. You will lead client engagements, design fit-for-purpose control solutions, and drive outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and delivering tangible client value across virtual and on-site environments.

Qualificações

• Experienced professional (3-5 years' experience in Project Controls) with relevant experience (Master's degree or equivalent experience desirable).
• Experience on major capital projects/programmes within the PMO/controls & performance environment in infrastructure (defence, nuclear, rail, etc.).
• Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery and PMO/controls & performance functions.
• Familiarity with developing controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions for actionable intelligence.
• Experience writing/presenting reports and engaging with C-suite level executive client teams.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Visio, online whiteboarding tools, and Power BI or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assessment of client environment and challenges; tailor a fit-for-purpose solution.
• Document findings and recommendations across engagement stages.
• Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client reps.
• Work within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams on client sites and virtually.
• Deploy methodologies, processes, tools, and systems; tailor to circumstances.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of internal initiatives.
• Drive Programme Advisory activities including transformation products and approaches.
• Lead business development activities such as bids and proposals.
• Engage in marketing and social campaigns where appropriate.
• Provide line management and development of direct reports.
