Turner & Townsend is seeking driven professionals to join our Programme Advisory team in the UK. The role focuses on project controls, major projects and programme management within defence and infrastructure sectors, delivering tangible client outcomes.

You will lead client assessments, develop tailored solutions, and run workshops while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across on-site and remote environments. Growth and development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Defence Sector.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls.
• Delivery of major capital projects/programmes in PMO/controls & performance.
• Familiarity with PMO, controls & performance processes and digital solutions.
• Experience communicating to C-suite and client teams.
• Proficiency with Office 365 apps, Visio and collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead assessment of client environment and challenges to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Document findings and recommendations across project stages.
• Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with clients.
• Work within multi-disciplinary Turner & Townsend teams on site and remotely.
• Apply methodologies and tools, tailoring to circumstances.
• Contribute to continuous development of transformation products.
• Support business development activities such as bids and proposals.
• Engage in marketing and employee advocacy campaigns where appropriate.
• Provide line management and development of direct reports as needed.
