Turner & Townsend is expanding its UK Programme Advisory team in London and seeking a Senior Consultant to lead controls & performance transformations for major infrastructure programmes. You will work across private and public clients, delivering strategy, setup and optimisation of PMO functions and related performance management processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience (Master's degree or equivalent experience desirable).
• Experience of working on major capital projects/programmes (PMO/controls & performance environment) in the Infrastructure sector.
• Familiarity with supporting capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery, PMO or related functions.
• Experience with writing/presenting reports and engaging with C-suite level client teams.
• Good knowledge of Office 365 applications and digital tools used in controls & performance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to assessment of client environments and help discover, deliver and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Support development, implementation and optimisation of PMO and controls & performance strategies.
• Prepare reports to support findings and recommendations across project stages.
• Deliver workshops with senior client representatives in virtual and face-to-face settings.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across client sites and remotely.
