Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is expanding its Controls & Performance UK team and is recruiting a Senior Consultant to help deliver major infrastructure programmes for public and private sector clients across the UK and internationally. You will work across PMO and performance functions, shaping strategies and enabling decisions with data-driven insights.

The role requires capital project experience, strong reporting skills and familiarity with tools like Primavera, Power BI, Visio and Miro.

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience (Master's degree or equivalent desirable).
• Experience on major capital projects/programmes in PMO/controls environment (schedule, cost, risk, change or performance reporting).
• Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance or a function.
• Experience with writing/presenting reports and engaging with C-suite level client teams.
• Computer literacy in Office 365 apps, Visio, Miro, Slack, Teams and controls software such as Primavera, PRISM, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to assessment of client environments and explore fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Support development and optimisation of PMO and controls strategies.
• Define and write-up reports to support findings across engagements.
• Deliver workshops with senior client representatives (C-suite).
• Work within diverse teams at client sites and virtually.
• Deploy methodologies and tools, tailoring to client needs and improving processes.
• Support adoption of transformation products and business outcomes.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and broader business generation activities.
