Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking professionals for its Programme Advisory team to deliver strategic controls and performance services on world‑class projects. You will lead client workshops, develop tailored control solutions, and contribute to transformation products across major capital programmes.

The role requires 3–5 years in project controls, experience in infrastructure programmes including defence, and the ability to engage with C‑suite level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Project Controls
• Master’s degree or equivalent desirable
• Experience on major capital projects/programmes in infrastructure
• Familiarity with controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions
• Experience with writing/presenting reports to senior client teams
• Proficiency with Office 365 and diagramming tools

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of client environment and current challenges.
• Document findings and recommendations across engagement stages.
• Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings.
• Work in multi-disciplinary teams at client sites or virtually.
• Tailor methodologies to client circumstances and drive benefits realisation.
• Contribute to development of transformation products and approaches.
• Lead business development activities such as bids and proposals.
• Engage in marketing and employee advocacy campaigns.
• Provide line management and development of direct reports.
