The role requires experience in project controls, capital programmes, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on delivering sustainable, value-driven outcomes through cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications

• Experience leading development of project controls and business processes.
• Experience with capital projects spanning multiple control functions.
• Understanding target operating models for capital infrastructure delivery.
• Change management and capability assessments experience.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimisation of project controls and performance strategies.
• Implement Digital Controls platform to enable an optimised operating model.
• Deliver reports and run workshops with client representatives.
• Support business generation activities and client engagements.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on site and remotely.
