Job summary

Teleperformance in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a portfolio. You will report to executives, shape project strategy, and guide Project Managers through the full lifecycle in a hybrid UK setting.

The role requires at least five years of senior PM experience, strong governance skills and PRINCE2 accreditation, ideally within a BPO environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience operating at senior project management level.
Current PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.
Experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment or closely related operational setting.
Proven ability to translate complex project data for C-suite audiences.
Experience coaching Project Managers and leading teams.
Experience delivering complex operational and business change projects.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead high-performing project teams and develop delivery plans.
Provide accurate reporting on delivery, costs, milestones, resources and benefits.
Ensure governance, quality, regulatory compliance and delivery standards.
Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and budget.
Lead multiple interdependent projects and manage cross-project risks.
Provide direction and mentorship to Project Managers and teams.
Develop and embed project policies, processes and standards.
Provide senior portfolio governance and reporting for stakeholders.
