Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead high-performing project teams, clarify accountabilities, develop robust delivery plans and secure resources.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide accurate reporting on delivery, costs, milestones, resources, dependencies and benefits.
• Ensure all projects comply with governance, quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead multiple complex interdependent projects, balancing priorities and risks.
• Provide direction and mentor Project Managers and wider teams.
• Develop and embed project policies, processes and standards.
• Provide senior portfolio governance and reporting to stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships to enable change adoption.
