Job summary

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience at a senior project management level.
• Proven experience delivering complex operational and business change projects.
• Strong governance, risk and dependency management experience.
• Experience in a BPO or customer-centric operation is highly desirable.
• PRINCE2 accreditation and strong reporting to executives required.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior project and portfolio governance across multiple, interdependent projects.
• Identify and mitigate delivery barriers to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
• Coach, mentor and develop Project Managers and teams.
• Translate complex portfolio information into clear, concise reporting for C-suite stakeholders.
• Build trusted client and stakeholder relationships to enable change adoption.
