Job summary

Teleperformance SE seeks a senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex operational projects in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will champion governance, drive delivery milestones and report to senior stakeholders.

You will guide Project Managers, develop the team, and ensure alignment with business outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and facilitating change adoption.

Qualifications

• Senior project management experience in BPO or related customer-focused operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex, interdependent projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong governance, reporting and assurance for portfolio delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own risk, issue and dependency management with timely escalation and mitigation.
• Provide senior portfolio governance and clear reporting for stakeholders and executives.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, coaching teams through lifecycle.
• Translate complex project data into concise recommendations for C-suite audiences.
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure successful delivery and change adoption.
