Teleperformance in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead complex operational projects within a BPO environment. You will translate portfolio information into clear reporting for C-suite audiences and shape the strategy for the project team.

Expect to guide Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle, with at least five years at senior PM level and a strong track record of delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in senior project management with portfolio governance.
• Experience in a BPO environment or closely related operational setting.
• Current PRINCE2 Practitioner accreditation required.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting capabilities to executive level.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead high-performing project teams, develop robust delivery plans and secure resources.
• Provide accurate reporting on delivery, costs, milestones, resources, dependencies and benefits.
• Ensure projects comply with governance, quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide portfolio governance and reporting to internal, external and C-suite stakeholders.
