• Proven experience in a Senior Legal Assistant or similar role within litigation or personal injury.
• Strong working knowledge of civil procedure, litigation processes, and case management systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior fee earners with high-value multi-track personal injury cases from instruction to resolution.
• Draft legal documents including witness statements, letters of claim, and court papers.
• Manage diaries and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties on case-related matters.
• Assist with research, case preparation, and briefing counsel as required.
