Qualifications

  • 7 years of HR operations experience with at least 3 years in a lead/senior HR role.

  • Hands-on experience managing payroll and HR admin in a VC-funded SaaS startup.

  • Develop and drive people strategies for growth and culture.
  • Oversee HR processes including onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
  • Apply analytical mindset and data-centric approach to HR reporting.
